刘敏，男，1989年11月出生，籍贯湖南，毕业于湖南大学，获化学工程与技术专业工学博士学位。

研究方向主要集中在
1、单原子功能化催化材料的设计制备及其在有机小分子降解/资源化领域的应用研究；
2、过渡金属催化不饱和环状碳酸酯的功能化研究等领域；
3、含磷阻燃剂的研发与应用。
